One of the older and wealthier parts of Sugar Land.
We barely had sunshine this whole weekend. I had planned to go to Mardi Gras to do some photos, but it was drizzling.

seems a welcome break from the drizzle, a condition quite familiar here in the PNW...this side of Sugar Land is certainly appealing..
