This spectacular Queen Anne residence is a State of Texas landmarked property, a City of Galveston Landmark as well as an Island Treasure.
Designed and built in 1899 by noted Galveston Architect Nicholas Clayton. The expansive wrap around front porch is a perfect introduction to the treasures
inside that include architectural details such as beautiful stained glass, spectacular wood floors, and stairwell, bay windows, crown molding, pocket doors and a spiral stairwell.

A beautiful building, I really like the balcony and your image shows the house off to perfection.

Am I being naive? It seems a VERY reasonable price, cheap in fact!
That's less than £400,000 - you'd be hard pressed to buy a decent flat for that in the nicer London suburbs.
