Big Bend National Park, Texas

On Ross Maxwell Drive, there is a pull-over called Sotol Vista Overlook.
From there you can see much of the west side of Big Bend National Park, including Santa Elena Canyon in the distance.

a good look over the terrain...cool the view is unimpeded...up here viewpoints are often rendered useless by trees growing thick right in front of them..
