Hi Judy, We met at Snow Farm in October. I tried to look at your blog, but it was open only to registered users. I wondered if you would tell me how to view your blog? Your photos are MAGNIFICENT!!! When we talked you had recommended Morocco and Mexico....I can certainly understand why. What beautiful colors! And the faces!
I can be reached at btalan@yahoo.com Thanks! Hope to hear from you. Barbara

Judy: I happen to run across your amazing and beautiful pictures from Oaxaca when doing a google search for Frida Kahlo images. I found this ironic because I was in Oaxaca at the same time you were. Many of your pictures were of similar places that I too traveled. Thanks for reminding me of such a wonderful time.

Just a question, I have a painting that was hanging in my aunts restaurant in Westport CT. back in the 70ds,Called Artist Pub on the Post Road, its three horses running thru a field , its signed Judy Tillinger. My wife loved this painting when she was a young girl working in the restaurant. And later on in years my aunt gave it to her is this any relation to you just curious. thanks stephen porch

Hello Judy, I am very pleased I found your work in the Internet. Photography is not of my business but anyway I like your work very much. First of all let me please introduce myself a little bit. I am a sales manager in a dutch logistics and transport company called Ewals Cargo Care, born in Slovakia on the 5th of october 1982. I have two younger sisters and my father is Jaroslava and mother Helena. Judy could you please write me something about you and your family in order to find out a possible connection between our names? I would really appreciate it.
If you have a little interest you can also visit a web site of my father, who is a wood craftsman -http://restill.smooje.sk/
Wish you a nice day and a lot of motivation in your great work.

Best regards,
Jakub Tillinger

Hi Judy, I am glad you have liked my NYC images. I agree, I find it also hard to photograph people in my own city and I am glad to see it through the lens of other people.
You have so many different, great images here! It will take me time to go through all of them :) Keep up doing the good job! Regards, Sabina

Thanks for the quick reply Judy and the info re Diana cameras, they sound like fun and it also explains the vagueness and the vignetting of the images. I suppose the modern equivalent would be mobile phone cameras. From the 60’s it’s obviously a film camera, so how do you digitise? Do you scan negatives, slides or prints and could I ask about your methodology. I’d like to start digitising my film collection.
I shall revisit to look at some more of your galleries as time allows.

Dear Judy,

we are a german advertising agency and found your picture with the peaches, while we were looking for fruits in context of a project. Now I have the question if it is possible to use your picture for advertising print material for one of our clients? If yes, is it possible to get High Res files from you?

Please let me know if you are interested. Then I can give you further informations. Thank you in advance for our answer.

Judy - Thanks for the comment on my Gates gallery . I really loved the effect of the wind on the fabric, billowing them against the clear blue sky yesterday. I enjoyed browsing your galleries as well - especially the Guatemala and Grid galleries - Ann

I will keep a note of the places you visited. You must be employed! Those travelling workshops are expensive. Maybe someday. I do my own travelling, usuallly alone. Not always my first choice, but...I love Mexico for it's old world atmosphere, but it is changing rapidly...I'm sure what I'm looking for is in Guatemala....do you have a favorite place there? I don't do big cities for long, head to the small places usually.

I am fascinated with your "grids".... how did you compose them? Photoshop? Rubber cement? Inquiring minds would like to know.... if/when you chose. Thanks.

Beautiful images, especially the towers of light and your pictures of natives peoples in guatemala. Found my way to this website through a link on goldentarot.com

Was hoping that you could helpm me find a good gallery posting community or website/organization as a place where I put my own artwork/photos on display.

Hi judy sidonie tillinger -
quite struck with your Diana brooklyn botanical garden series, where my wife and I wandered with and without camera when we lived in brooklyn through the 80s. Do you make nice prints of these images? If I wanted to purchase 5.5 of the incomparable cherry blossom row, what would the price be? something like 8x10? or what you think?
Thanks!

You have great talent, Judy, for expressing yourself with a camera. There are many fine artists on pbase, and your work is right there among the best of them. Your images are inspiring, and your Guatamala pictures, in particular, communicate. I wish you all the best -- keep up the fine work. I have added your name to my favorite artists list, and look forward to watching you grow. If I can ever be of any help, please let me know.
