I have no issue with the price. I am in Canada, so $50CAD (+/-) for two rolls delivered is fine by me. What does piss me off, is the link to Marine Outfitters for Canadian buyers, they want $32CAD + shipping, so $50 CAD all in once its said and done for ONE ROLL! not two. Now that to me is taking advantage and or trying to rip people off. It not about the money for me, its the principle. I will pay Compass marine $100 US if that's what it takes to get it here before I buy one roll from Marine Outfitters!

Sigh. Something about the internet just brings out the obnoxious in people.

Whether it's actually expressed as "bitching and moaning" or just perceived that way, there is a value to the notion of smaller quantities and lesser shipping costs. Particularly when flat-rate USPS shipping packages are (currently) available for about $6, not $12.

Whether it's convenient enough to deal in smaller quantities that the vendor would wish to do so... that is, of course, up to him. But it's reasonable to recognize the possibility and the interest from potential buyers. Of whom, I admit, I am one.

For all you whiners out there posting about how unfair the price is: Nothing is stopping you from doing your own research and buying somewhere else. If you don't like the price. don't buy it, but don't bitch and moan about it. This guy is doing you a favor. He even said this is NOT his only job. I've been in retail for 15 years and the worst customers are the ones that want you to do all the work for them then don't appreciate a job well done.

I agree with Steve, I have a small 22 foot trailered boat and I don't need more than 50 feet and I don't like the idea paying for two rolls for a small job.

Wish I had discovered this tape years ago. Would have saved me hours of frustration as well as kept the peace between my wife and my boat repair projects. Thanks for offering it for sale, now I only wish I had purchased more of it.

Thanks, RC. Got the tape today in Mexico (it took about 9 days to arrive), and I really appreciate your great packaging job. They destroyed the box, but the tape was undamaged. We'll start installing things tomorrow!

Glad to have received my order for this great product and thanks for the info on proper way to use it when bedding deck hardware.

Honestly, With a $45+ price for a minimum order of 2 rolls + shipping, I feel I'm being ripped off! I don't begrudge you making a profit, but be reasonable. I only have a small, 22' trailerable sailboat and only need a small quantity and shipping doesn't cost $16. Please come back down to reality and be fair.
