The Broken Flower

I was delighted to catch this exhibition by the extremely talented young Irish ceramic artist Etaoin O'Reilly before it closed in the Basement Gallery.
Visiting an art gallery felt like a very safe and normal thing to do but
sadly all galleries are now closed as further restrictions have been imposed
in the face of a very worrying increase in COVID-19 cases.

What a beautiful work of art. Photographed well to show it's beauty. Hopefully, the restrictions where you live will slow down the new COVID wave and things will be able to reopen safely soon.

a cuppa of Barry's would surely be tasty from such a gorgeous teapot...all the closures are distressing, but understandable with Ireland's alarming increase in Covid cases...stay safe Mairead..
