You whot?? Is that Ladybird Nature Book seriously suggesting that you will find PENGUINS in what looks very much like a northern hemisphere temperate landscape during its winter?? (Yes, there are some on the west coast of South America, but that land is not known for its iced over rivers and bare deciduous trees. Nor is 'Straya, where they will be found on the southern coast.) I hope that Foulsham's is a touch more reliable. "Banana trees flourish on the west coast of Ireland..."
