23rd September, well trodden path

A breezy Autumnal day,
a brisk northerly wind,
bright sunshine, then heavy showers.
I love this clean, fresh kind of weather,
often dreaming about it a few years ago when I was away on a ship in far-away places.
Sometimes though, in my dreams I am back at sea...
