'There's many a bonny lass in the Fyvie-oh'
so says a local song that they are taught here in school.
Not today there wasn't though.
The place was deserted.
I've been rushing about today,
getting nothing in particular done.
This evening I nipped up here to Fyvie Castle.
Thick clouds were gathering by the time I got there.
But just as I reached the castle,
out came the sun,
and lit it up nicely for me.
Now outside my window a heavy shower has started,
bringing all the kids inside.
Time for bath, story and bed.
