Coming in for a Landing

Peacocks aren't great flyers, in fact I've only seen them fly short distances or up and down from perches in trees or on structures. But it's still exciting for me when I get a frame filling shot of one of these large, amazing birds coming in for a landing.

I agree, I've very seldom seen them fly, and then it's more or less a giant hop from one perch to another.
