The Flower Fields are Open

The Carlsbad Flower Fields opened this week and once again I got a season pass. They are such a rich environment for all sorts of photography and I'm looking forward to heading there often between now and the middle of May when they close again for the year.

The beginning of the season and already so well stocked with flowers. So well composed with all the elements in this shot. Nice to see they still take COVID safety seriously. v

Although many have down played the current dangers of covid, it appears that some are still be very careful. Not a bad decision at all. Wonderful clarity and colors in this nicely captured image. VV

oh good, the flower fields have yielded a wonderful crop of pix in the past...they seem to have started stocking up already...he has cool floral camo pants, and total safe-tulip head wrapping..
