Thank you so much for the nice comment on my sunset photo. It's always a treat to get feedback from people who are also into photography and appreciation of what nature has in store for all of us.

Viewed your galleries and you have A LOTTTTTT of nice photos too. You are so lucky to be living in a place with so many beautiful surprises around.

Merry Christmas !!!

Thanks Bill, when the light gets as flat as it was yesterday I rely entirely on my histogram, even if my meter says otherwise...

Hi Bill. Many Thanks for your kind comments on my galleries. To answer your question, a viaduct supports railway lines, and an aquaduct is for water. Hope this clarifys things.
I've had a look at your galleries. You have some really lovely images there. Wonderful work.

Lots of interesting galleries and photos. Ideas for post cards: more architectural, more day-to-day life, more scenic... these are the ones we like best!

Hi Bill. Thanks for your comment on my dog's picture. I was browsing through your galleries and really liked your sunsets. MV looks like a beatufil place. Maybe sometime I'll be able to visit. Thanks again for stopping by.

Hi Bill:
I just discovered your galleries and made comments on "Martha Was Here" (which you know already if you're reading this now..duh).
I'm one of those kooky off islanders who is infatuated with MV. Ever since I first took the ferry over for a day about 10 years ago, she's remained my favorite place in the US. Despite the crowds, her subtle beauty sustains. You are so LUCKY!

I've added you to my favorite artists list, and look forward to stopping back to see what's new, that is after I finish discovering what you have posted already.
Keep up the great work, and by all means ENJOY!

Hi Bill,
I just noticed you stopped by, thanks for looking. The Evolt is one heck of a camera, it has to be the best deal in the universe right now especially if you can get your hands around the two lens kit. The thing that brought me to (back) Oly are the natural colors and skin tones. Nikon makes great cameras but Oly just feels right and they make the BEST lenses in the world. As far as ease of use, it is one of the easiest dSLR's i have seen, most of the features are accesible from single button pushes on the exterior of the camera. One resommendation , check out the Olympus SLR Talk Forum at this addresshttp://www.dpreview.com/. The people there are great and the info on this camera is limitless. Good luck, let me know how you make out.
