Hi Pam,
Your work is very impressive. Do you use Lucis? I have it and have not figured out what settings to use on color photos. They have too much orange. B/W show too much detail in
shadows that I don't want. Can you help me with a setting for landscape and portrait that I can use on our professional portraits? Are you using painter? I only have photoshop.

I was following your message on how to make "Rarindra Prakarsa like photography" and I got lost. Is there a way you could give me some hands-on-instructions?

My name and email address are below

Hi Pam,

I stumbled across this site searching for the "dragan effect", only to find much more than that. I really love your before and after files... Do you have any - paying - tutorials or walkthroughs or previous posted material on your before & after series to explain how they have been created? I'd appreciate it.
I've set up a modest before and after myself on my website but it does not come close to yours :-)

A long time I am trying to do something like that with Photoshop, but I can't get a resupt like yours. I think read somewhere that this style is called "Dragan" but I am not shore about that. I would be very happy if you could send me information how do you do that, beciause I am very amazed. Thank you in advance ....

Hi Pam,

As a car designer I spend feww hours a day on Photoshop, but mainly sketching. I'm totally impressed by your transformation gallery. Would you mind sharing few tips? Otherwise I'll keep trying. Portraits get so deep and dramatic. It's amazing. Mathieu

I LOVE you photography!.. I went to Brooks Photography School in Santa Barbara for 18 months, so I really can appreciate your work. I really like you Sand Harbor picture and I would like to see more. I lived at Sand Harbor, Lake Tahoe from 1960-1968 durning the summers. It was just an unreal place to live and I remember it like yesterday. Keep up the great work!

I particularly like black and white pictures, and I particularly like yours. They're full of expression.
Also, your "Transformation" is amazing. Congratulation on your wonderful work.
See you around,

Pam R,

Lovely work. I’d love to know your technique for your transformations such as what you did to achieve the results for Rebel and Seriously. If you are not a member of RetouchPro.com, I recommend that you check it out. I know the members would appreciate some of your tips.

I'm really impressed. I'm convinced Pam you are a professional advertising photographer.
You're eye is the best I have seen on Pbase. Composition and colour is excellent.
Well Done

Your photos look great. Glad see the old E-20 still alvie and kickin'. You have a great eye. Keep up the good work.
Dan 04-Dec-2004 02:25
Pam -- I'm just stunned by the quality of your pix. I'm
a recent new E20 user -- can I ask you how many of these were
made with the E20, and in particular the Luray caverns photos
what settings you used for those? I think these shots just
prove again what a fantastic camera the old E10/E20s were...
Peter Rackham07-Nov-2004 02:07
Pam,
I am very impressed with your galleries. The Photo Art and duotone images are especially tasty. You have a great eye and a great talent with which to formulate it and communicate it to us grateful viewers. Thanks!

I really like your Mexico gallery...nice work! Vivid colors.
Guest 10-Jun-2004 18:25
Pam, You have good instincts for capturing emotion, which allows your photos to communicate well and say so much. It would also be careless of me not to mention your B&W work. Personally, it's my favorite and you clearly have a smashingly good grasp of rich tonality, contrast and texture. Look forward to my return visit! B-Real

I did a search of fishboy, and found you! You are the only image that popped up for fishboy. Hmmm. Stop by RP when you get a chance. Have a great Day.
