"I found this one, the first lighting console I ever built, back in 1982. It’s a plain 2-preset manual desk, nothing fancy. Built like a tank though, the front panel is 2.5mm steel (!!), the text is applied by hand (the Letraset type) and then the panel was clear coated twice to avoid it getting rubbed off. I redesigned the electronics once and the horrible Hirschmann connector was soon replaced by a rugged Cannon mil-spec style.



Not really suitable for your archive (as only one was ever built) but I’d find it interesting to see what I put together almost 25 years ago…."
