Formerly called Heintzehof. A corner house near the Alster, built in 1900 by Krumbhaar / Heubel. The three-quarter staircase is the eye-catcher: railings, steps and windows form a beautiful unit. Since the 1920s, the house has been called Alsterthor / Alstertor.
