I am still wondering about his aqua setup. Also, I need to know how ADA tanks are built, are they using starphire glass? how about the silicon? Christoph Jakarta The ADA stuff place the outflow Lilypipe sometimes overnight above the sureface...than you don't have problems with oily surface. Sorry about the aquarium building I can't say so much...but they use very less silikon because of the better looking...and this is very expensive in construction. But very nice. Dear Oliver, Can I use ADA MH bulb with normal MH ballast or special one? Or should I use their lamp housing? Danke

On the ADA Aquarium Gallery they use for the freshwater tanks: 8.000 Kelvin bulbs (now they produce 2 different kind of this bulbs, one with a higher green color fidelity). Never saw a more naturally HQI lightning over a freshwater tank before. Only available in 150 Watt and only distribute at ADA. Regards, Oliver

With respect to the HQI lighting used on Amano's tanks, do you know what the Kelvin temperature of the bulbs are?
