An antique 19th Century or earlier tsakli painting in mineral pigments depicting, within a complex slightly elongated nimbus and surrounded by lavish foliage and rainbow 'cosmic emanations'
is seated a white bodied deity on a lotus throne, wearing a double dhoti of rich red and saffron, a green celestial scarf draped around his shoulders. He wears an abundance of gold jewellery - many necklaces, armlets, anklets, bracelets and heavy gold earrings. A golden diadem holds back his hair which is tied in a high, jewel studded chignon. He holds a bell and a dorje in his hands. 4 lines of text to the reverse.
