An antique 19th Century tsakli painting, depicting only the attributes of the wrathful deities and their retinues, - not their bodily forms. In this tsakli, only the armour of the generals, including the 'gold' armour with the protection of the multiple vajras upon it, the leopard and the tiger skin dhotis are displayed, in addition to the serpent which guards them and other treasures such as the tusks, when they are not in use, and the spear-tipped black flag. All these would stand at the ready, awaiting the wearers for whenever they are needed to protect the dharma or the peace of the realms. 11.7 x 13.8cm
