Thanks Ralph for the memories, it would be helpful if you could get me in touch with Kyung Beom Song. We served as medics with HHC 1/48th from 79 - 82. He posted a comment in 2011. Gelnhausen will always remain a special place.

Dear Mr. Ralf,
Just visited your gallery "Budapest 1988". All photographs are simply amazing. By saying one photograph as good I may be doing injustice to the other photographs. I really appreciate your photography. Now I will definitely have to visit your other galleries and enjoy them. Thanks for sharing so beautiful photographs. Regards.

Hi Ralf,
Thanks for your excellent pictures of Greensburg, Pennsylvania. Born and raised in Greensburg I readily recognize most of the photos as being my old haunts. Since I haven't been back in over 24 years, I have often looked online for photos of my old town. Your collection of pictures was greatly appreciated.
Thank You!
Eric.

Dear Ralph,
I was looking for some pictures of Chroatia, where I hope to go on holiday thIs summer and I came across your gallery. Then I also viewed your other galleries and I must say I am impressed by your photos. CONGRATULATIONS! They could be a bigger size, would then give even more enjoyment. In addition, what I liked very much is your idea to combine two (especially vertical pictures) into one so that they take the whole area of the screen and, for example, show the same object at two different angles, or by day and by night, etc. Great idea! Ralph,

I lived in Santiago for about five months my husband played Basketball for their local team Ulla Oil. I have traveled and lived in many places and Santiago De Compostela was by far my favorite. When I saw your pictures, I could not believe that they were places I had actually been. The picture of the statue of the two old ladies in the park and the old man sitting on the bench blew me away. The pictures brought back so many memories. Santiago is a place where you can sit back, reflect and marvel at history.

Good work Mr. Brown

Ralf, I just was reading a book on the pilgrim walk to Santiago de Compostela and found your website for pictures. Very well done. Makes me want to go even more. You wouldn't happen to have any pictures of the Botafumeiro from the Cathedral? Thanks for what is out there and your other fine photos. Chris

Great pics of Southern california. I live in San Diego and it is always nice to see pics people take off this beautiful area. I have only lived here just over 2 years now. I like your pics of the off-beaten paths, like Carlsbad, Del Mar, Encinitas. Anyways, you can check out my pics of this area at:http://community.webshots.com/user/crfrey71

Your photos of Santiago brought tears to my eyes, such happy memories. I spent 3 months there in 2003 from March to June. I am studying freelance writing and have so much I want to say about Santiago. Can you advise me about usage of your photos? I think they are wonderful and much better than anything I took while there. Do you charge to use or is it enough to give you credits if used.
I also noticed a comment in your guestbook about someone being from Quebec also? I have lived in Montreal for the past 23 years so would be interested in hearing from you about your photos.

You have the best photo's of Pittsburgh Dinodays. As the mother of one of the artists, Amy Soich, I just wanted to let you know your pics are the best I have ever seen. You put the Carnegie to shame, to bad they didn't hire you for the promo. Thanks, I also think your other photo's are wonderful.

I am deeply impressed by your fabulous pictures. The streets, the parks, statues and so on. Everything seems so near to me and reminds me the unforgettable days I spent with my girlfriend in Europe. You've done a good job! Thanks!

I enjoyed your pictures of Santiago and Temuco, Chile. I have spent a lot of time in Santiago, and your pictures of downtown and Providencia, as well as your pictures from Los Dominicos, are terrific! Thanks for sharing them with us. I have never been to Temuco, but your pictures give a warm glimpse.

About the rest of the places you've been - do you ever sit still? You're a one-man Amazing Race!

Cheers.

Nice pictures.
Where are you from Ralf?!

My favourite is British Square. I used to go and sit there , get myself a cup of coffee and just watch around.
When I had no company I went on my own.

How much time did you spend in Zagreb? Have you been to Budapest, Prague, Wiena, Italy?!
Croatia is very well situated and very close to all those places.

Hi Ralf,
You seem to come around a lot - and fortunately also shooting around quite a lot. Very nice galleries! I enjoyed most to find some great pictures of my old home town, some of them just around the corner where I used to live, and other places that I know myself. It's always intersting and funny to find galleries of people who travelled the same places you've been at and see their 'point of view'.
Thanks, Wolfgang

I live in Zagreb, Croatia, and here I saw your pictures of Zagreb, and I must tell you, I like it very much... and the way you see Zagreb is somehow different from the way the other visitors see my city. Good job, and I hope you'll come here sometime again! :D

Ralph,
I couldn't find your contact info on your Web page. I'm writing to ask permission to use your photo of the Pitts. Cathedral of Learning in our magazine, Standardization News (see it at www.astm.org).

ASTM International is a non-profit standards developer. We have a society magazine that reaches about 30,000 scientists and experts in 130 fields. One of our society members, Roger Brockenbrough, is a 68-year old triathlete who can climb the stairs of the Pitts. Cathedral in 6.5 minutes. He does this 8 times in a row to keep in shape during the winter.

I'm writing a profile on Roger and would like to show readers the building. Please call me at 610-832-6907 ASAP. Thanks, Clare Coppa, News Editor, ASTM Standardization News, West Conshohocken, PA

Really enjoyed your albums. Are you, by any chance, the same Ralf Brown who once dressed up in a gaudy orange l950's prom dress with a WWII gas mask for Halloween in l976?
