The leaves on her head and the one in her hair are very distracting. Portraits also have much more power when the subject is looking into the camera. Off camera looks are useful when you're trying to create an effect, but I don't think that suits a senior portrait. Last suggestion I have is that the skin color is way too cold - almost a grayish blue.
