Great pictures. I see a lot of shots of the S.F. Bay Area but yours are very clear and looks like you worked hard for those shots. Did you hit the clear days or do you use a special lense? Your pictures I believe just inspired me to take a class soon. Keep them coming.

Dear Steve, You are a wonderful artist....love the way you seem to feel the light and texture as well as compsition in your photographs. So generous of you to share your work. We had 91/2 feet of water in our home...Porta Bay Subdivision...Southwind Dr. Biloxi, Ms.(north end of Biloxi...off Lemoyene Ave. I relived the devastation...then almost cried looking at the sunsets and beauty we still have! Thank you!

Safa Elshanshory 09-Aug-2006 22:22
Hey,
I'm Safa Elshanshory and I know how many of these similar e-mails you may recieve daily but maybe mine might stand out a little. I am very passionate about what is going on in the Middle East and I am not taking sides. What truly should matter is that innocent civilians are paying the price with their lives and homes. As a youth growing up I feel responsible to give back to society. As junior class president, I am hoping to initiate a school-wide fundraiser helping refugees. I am a big fan of yours, Mr. Martin and I understand you are a Texas native. So I am going out on a limb and this is where I need your assistance. I was hoping to bring you out to Haltom High School in Fort Worth for merely 30 minutes of your time and with that each student will donate an alotted amount to this cause. Please help me in my effort and God bless.

Thanks

My friend Ron Daley sent me the link to this site. What gret photographs! It will take a while to look at all of them but I'm sure it will be worth the time.

I'm not doing digital phoography yet but hope to be able to afford some equipment soon. After looking at your work, the sooner the better.

Thanks for your comment to my Swedish galleries. I have a weak spot for sunsets and sunrises and you got some nice ones in your gallery. I really prefer sunrises, but living in Sweden, it means getting up 3 o'clock in the morning during summer. We had some nice one's this winter, but catching them means getting late for work.
Best regards
Mark

Hi Steve,
I always wanted to meet Steve Martin!!! Ok that is old! Thanks for the comments yes we had a blast in Sedona. I always feel good there, I think it's the water, could be the Vortex. It is so beautiful the beauty in itself makes a person feel alive. I looked at your pic's and you have very nice work, keep it comin.
