All of your galleries are superb, but they are eclipsed by "Hands expressions". It takes a master to conceptualise a project of such originality and creativity, and then to execute it with this level of technical, artistic and emotive genius. This gallery has universal appeal, not only because of the universality of the body language of the hands, but because you have presented it so incomparably poetically. Hi Chris, Thanks for your comment. Lovely family, indeed. About Kane: I don't play in the band, but work for them as one of their (guitar)technicians. In Holland everybody knows Kane (3 no 1 hits from their last album "Fearless"), also because singer Dinand Woesthoff tragically lost his wife, who was suffering from cancer and was a famous actrice (famous in Holland, that is), just a half year after giving birth to their firstborn son. "Fearless" is dedicated to Guusje Nederhorst, Dinands wife. It's a great album, and Kane is now also doing very well in Germany, England, Portugal and Belgium. Maybe Greece is the next? Check: www.kane.nl I'm still very amazed by your beautiful galleries, favouritized them and voted, too.

I was catch to your Galleries, looking at the outstanding portrait that heads your Photo a Day. Who can do a portrait like that must have enough Art to be worth look for. Chris, We were sorry to hear about your grandmother. It was great that you were able to capture such a wonderful photo of her just a few days ago. Kim was so moved by the photo that she has thought about it every day since she first saw it. Your grandmother seemed to have lived a long and interesting life.
