Planthopper nymph (Fulgoroidea)

Tiputini Forest Reserve, Prov. Orellana, Ecuador

This moving clump of white fluff is really a planthopper nymph covered in waxy filaments and a pair of waxy coils secreted from the tip of its abdomen.
