Deep M83 6" Starfire v UK Schmidt

Revealing features as faint as 28mag/squ arc sec is acheivable with a 6 inch telescope!
The faint curved tidal streams visible above and below the galaxy halo are likely the faint
remains of a dwarf galaxy torn apart by M83 long ago.
