This was one of a remarkable 34 Long-eared Owls (plus a couple Barn Owls) tallied on the CBC at Mercy Hot Springs by Rusty Scalf and Bob Lewis, and enjoyed by most members of the count. $5 per person is still being charged to anyone wishing to view these owls.
