hey, thanks so much for this. vacationing in riviera cancun and was really taken in by this sweet little blue bird, a tad plump, the brightest blue all around at the edge of a mangrove swamp. blue bunting? also saw what i thought was the same bird but distinct sections of maybe orange and green as well around the head. this possible? know what it is?

again, thanks. and thanks to your site i learned about the frigatebird floating in the air just above and between our resort buildings.

Greetings, I believe your blog could be having internet browser compatibility issues. Whenever I look at your website in Safari, it looks fine however when opening in IE, it has some overlapping issues. I merely wanted to give you a quick heads up! Apart from that, wonderful blog!

We were moving some dirt from our front yard to make a pond. In doing so we came across 2 eggs, we kept the dirt around them and put it in a bucket to see what hatched. Today I found a Texas Spotted Whiptail Lisard baby. What should I do for it can I keep it alive in captivity, will the mother be looking for it? What can I feed it? Where can I go for information?
