Freinsheim, Germany

Freinsheim is a small town of about 5000 and is situated close to the German Wine Street.
It has a preserved city wall (1514) more than one kilometer long. A small number of immigrants are know to have moved from there to Pennsylvania in the 1700s.
Today the town is known for its apples and its wine.
