Love the photos here. Pocatello is a beautiful town and ISU is a big part of it. Great job covering both. Thanks

Hi,

These are fantastic photos. It has been fun to show my husband great photos of a place that was my second home growing up as my mother was born and raised in Poky and both parents graduated from ISU (my Dad was student body president). I am thinking about moving back to the area.... and needed to give my husband an introduction to the area. Thank you for such wonderful photos.

Hi Vitit, Thank you for all the wonderful Photos & site information you sent me! Your work is AWESOME! It was such a pleasure to meet you & Debra yesterday! By reading the comments posted, you have quite a following! Too bad that you & Mike didn't meet while he was still living near you! Looking forward to being lifelong friends!

I don't have the figures, but it's an inexpensive place to live in.

Well, look at the message from myself (Mike) dated 12/06/06. Now it is a year later. To sum it up, I moved from Buckskin Rd (Pocatello) back to NJ for a job opportunity. Like all things in life, good and bad. The bad is evident when I view your slideshow. My family and I sorely miss the mountains, the moose in our yard and the incredible fall scenery on Buckskin. We were once neighbors, Vitit, and yet we never met. Good luck in life....and remember Caribou Lodge!!!!!

Vitit,
These pictures are wonderful. Pocatello is my home town, but I have been living abroad for too long a time now and plan to use these pictures to convince my wife(Not from Pocatello) that my town still has lots to offer.

Keep up the excellent work.

I never found the camera stores you mentioned, but I did buy a new camera, just this week & just in time cuz I'm off to Siem Reap tomorrow morning to play guide to friends who haven't yet seen Angkor Wat, etc.

In your gallery of Thailand, you have two pictures of a camera store (the same or two different ones), and I wonder if you can tell me where they are. I live in Bangkok and am looking to buy a new camera, but most I've seen are way more expensive than they are in NYC.

Vitit,
I first saw your site while living in NJ. Moved here about 1.5 yrs ago and recently revisited your site. Now, after having been here for awhile, it appears you live on or near Buckskin Rd? If so, we may be neighbors..

Thanks! I just recently realized there was a message from you. Perhaps there should be a way for the system (pbase) to notify us when we have messages.
