In the stack of books and folders that I inherited was a manila envelope. You know them. They have a little loop that winds around a metal tag to secure the flap on one end. I could hardly wait to see what was inside. What I found were several sheets of paper on which were more cartoons and portraits drawn by my father in the 1960's and 1970's. This portrayal of LBJ was included. Dad once aspired to being a political cartoonist, and never lost his interest in politics.
