We were finally getting some warm summer weather when I saw this large flock of starlings in the first week of July.
And yet the gathering of the birds is an ever gentle reminder that summer will end.

Laughing at Linda's Costco comment! I saw that recently also, and was quite surprised. Nice that you were able to capture the flock.

Oh my, isn't this supposed to happen in August ? Are they confused because they heard Costco has snowsuits for sale ?!
