I read your profile - Similarly, I started doing B&W around 1970 when my brother & my brother inlaw had darkrooms. Around 1977 I became one of 2 High School Newspaper photographers at my HS.

I do have a gallery (https://pbase.com/mark_42/favorites) on Pbase,

I ran into you on Aborist Site - looking at MS261C Muffler Mods

God, dont they just cut you to ribbons. They dont fall into the category of dogs. Somehow, they are higher beings.

Great photos. I just had lunch at Louie Muellers in Taylor. I found your Louie Mueller pictures while searching for a link about the restaurant to send to a friend. I continued to explore your site and enjoyed your many pictures of the Austin area including Round Rock, where I live. The biggest surprise was finding pictures of Fresno. I grew up there. I also lived in Santa Cruz for a while. Your pictures have been a trip down memory lane for me. Thanks. I will be sure to consult your site next time I'm ready to relocate.

Wes,
Love your galleries especially Ireland. Totally agree about Guinness traveling.
Also are you still using your Max 9. I love mine especially with the vert grip. Have been resisting the temptation to go digital until Minolta decides to put out a DSLR.
Anyway keep up the good work.

hi: great images from dublin, ireland, my father went to trinity college during WWI, and always treasured that experience. i am a weekly newspaper editor, and have always wanted to take the trek back to dublin and trinity college. maybe i'll make it one day when my ship comes in. what is the steeple in the bay that rises up into the sky? and does guinness make any beers other than stout. thanx, george ferrell/editor/jackson county sun/mckee/ky 40447

Wes - you visited my gallery, so I visited yours. Wonderful collection of images! I didn't have time right now to give them the attention they deserve, but I will re-visit and look again.

Fantastic pictures of places, events and people. I came across Wes's website searching for homes in Mayfield Ranch in Austin, TX. I sent Wes and e-mail asking him to share more about the community and his opinions and expecting a very generic response, if any. Instead, I got a detailed, warm, thoughtful e-mail...twice! So, not only is this a great website, but it's a great website belonging to an even greater person, Wesley Keller.
