Rain is needed.
The pond across the street is almost dried out.
And even the "weeds" are wilting.

Today was another day in the mid 90's. Some areas nearby have gotten repeat flooding rains during the past few weeks. Unfortunately, we've only gotten short, severe storms that cause damage, but don't leave enough moisture to keep up to the extreme heat.
