Illusion of Confusion

Part of the defence mechanism of the zebra against their predator is the contrasting striped design on their hides. These black and white stripes serve to confuse their attacker from being able to distinguish and track the one zebra - especially when these black & white stripes are moving left, right and around in a frenzy during an ambush.
