Interesting shot. I love the color on this, and the idea. The blurring of the edge does add to the confusion, and you have surronded her with that confusion. It might have been interesting to keep the horizon straight, but change your angle to throw things off kilter a bit? Chris

thank you everyone. :)

Nice one. Good use of the Lensbaby. This one has that pulsating sensation so frequently seen in Lensbaby shots. ~ Lonnit

Well I already stated I'm not keen on Lensbaby shots, but at least I can see this one works well. The zoom blur effect really makes her the centre of attention

I like that the lady is sharp and the tunnel like passage around her is blurry, underlining her confusion

Well, I think the Lensbaby really adds to the feeling here, it makes one feel more frightened by the unfamiliar surroundings.
I must admit, I've had little success with my Lensbaby, though I enjoy using it. THis is a good example, I think.

thanks you.

don't worry, i don't get offended by other people's feeling/taste in my photos. that's the whole idea...some will like it and others won't. though the lensbaby definitely has divided the photography world into 2 (well more towards not liking it).

gayle, these alleyways are really fun to get 'lost' in them. so much colours and life. :)

Sorry about this but I've never seen a Lensbaby photo that I liked. I just don't understand the appeal. But that's me! LOL

I know that feeling. I get lost in the city ALL the time. Love that lensbaby, this is an awesome shot!
