Navy E-6 Looking Glass. After missing his first landing attempt I think he had the brakes on before touching down. He sure left lots of tire tread on the runway. In his defense, this is a lot of aircraft to land on the short downtown runway. Getting a Boeing 707 stopped on a 7000' runway is a real task.
