Thank you to Erik James Bernhard for posting this photo. The photo was taken between 1970 and 1973 from the airport hotel. National Airlines has a DC-8 parked on an international gate and their DC-8 international service was inaugurated in 1970. The E-Satellite construction started at the end of 1973 or beginning of 1974 and that is not evident in the photo. The large public observation deck on top of Concourse 4 is clearly visible along with the 20th Street Ramp Office on top of the concourse at the end.
