As a kid I remember taking them to and from Miami International Airport. In 1963 from the Shelborne South Beach to MIA and August, 1966 from MIA to the Colonial Inn during the wee hours of the night/early morning. Our Delta flights from DCA and ATL were delayed. Eastern Airlines was involved in one of their too numerous labor strikes back in the day. So, we had to schlepp from our home in Baltimore to DCA (Reagan) and do the two Delta flights. I was 2 days away from my 10th. birthday. An adventure!
