What a great find on your walk. For me, hawks generally will fly off if I even think "photography". The hawks here seem to be very skitterish. This beauty posed very nicely for you. Very nice shot. You got a good angle.

Beautiful shot. One of my favorite birds. I like that he isn't looking right at you and that you caught enough of the branch so that it almost looks like he's going to fall off. :) Well done!
