Zsolnay porcelain has been made since 1853. Their late 19th century, turn of the century and early 20th century pieces are incredible works of art. After suffering nationalization under communist rule and producing industrial ceramics, the Zsolnay name was once again adopted in the late 1980s, and although their porcelain is still quite attractive (some of it), it's nowhere near what they used to create. The Zsolnay Museum is exquisite https://pbase.com/helenpb/zsolnaymuseum and their factory premises look to be quite interesting, although mainly inaccessible these days due to construction.
