July 2013 Challenge - Where I Live - North Shore of Auckland

This is where I spent my childhood - Milford and Castor Bay beaches - only 6 kms from where I live now.
As children we had complete freedom to go wherever we wanted
With my brother , sister and friends, we swam, played on the sand,
walked to all the local beaches, via the rocky areas,
fished, canoed... danced, laughed and played...
