Light and ventilation
One of the most important aspects of the project was the need for light in all areas, as during this period, interior rooms were generally dark.He therefore planned that the floor surround a large, central patio well that then transformed into the axis of the house because, as well as providing light and ventilation, it also linked the access ways and upward traffic with the neighbour´s staircase and lift.
