Doors in Casa Batallo
There are aproximately 150 wooden doors in Casa Batlló.Polished oak was used by Antoni Gaudí in the design of the furniture, doors and windows to achieve a harmonious flow throughout Casa Batlló.The door and window frames adapted to the curved hollows in the partition walls.Their organic appearance was emphasized with stained glass and wood carving, forming swirls and geometric lines.
