Forsythia

Confession: This was not taken recently! This shot is from two years ago. No sign of forsythia blooming yet.

The Haiku is by Mantaro (1889-1963). The translation is from the book "Haiku, An Anthology of Japanese Poems", by Stephen Addiss, Fumiko Yamamoto, and Akira Yamamoto.
