Interesting, since I did handle it...and found no such quality at all.
It felt no different than a typical snail or slug, and it's slime was
no more difficult to remove. No glue effect. Perhaps someone has been
pulling your leg? :)

This is a banana slug. Ever pick one up? The resulting residue is akin to super glue trying to get it off your skin! Nice shot - Ben
