On Mar 24, 1969 I landed the first job in life as illustrator for the 7th Psyops Bn.

This unit has been constituted on Nov. 7th 1967 in the Regular Army under the full name 7th Psychological Operations Battalion. After withdrawal from Vietnam in early 1971, it was inactivated on Dec. 21st 1971 at Fort Lewis, Washington. On Oct 30 1975, the unit has been re-designated and concurrently withdrawn from the Regular Army, allotted to the Army Reserve, and activated at Washington, D.C. On Jun 16, 1996, it has been re-designated as 11th PSYOPS Bn and activated at Washington, D.C.
