Gliding

Brown pelicans cruising by is a common occurrence at the beach and I just love how they glide effortlessly on the wind currents using their massive wings.

We have pelicans here in Aus but not the brown ones. They are wonderful birds and I always think they look like flying boats coming to land on the water. Great capture. V
