Have a look at the "original" size image,
then the previous image (lower water level),
then back here again,
and just try to imagine the amount of WATER that was flying by under this bridge...

This sort of thing makes bridge engineers very nervous
(floating debris can very easily take out the bridge).
There are incredible forces possessed by that rushing water.
