Tougher than I thought to get this.
Shutter at 3 seconds
Aperture at F2.2
ND8 filter
Flash hand held pointing up
Neat Image to clean up some noise.
Crop and some Red-eye work in Microsoft Picture It!

I had the camera on self timer, got into position, watched the blinking light. When the shutter fired, I quickly fired the flash in my hand, and ducked down out of the picture so the rest of the shutter time could be used to record what was behind me. Hope this makes sense. dave v
