American Robin, nest, June-July 2007

Robins nested in this pine tree overhanging our driveway in June and July of 2007. The first photo shows an adult apparently incubating on June 10; the last one shows a fully grown young bird ready to fledge on July 7. Incubation takes 13-14 days, and fledging comes 9-16 days after hatching (average 13) so these pictures probably span the full nesting period.
