Great photo Cindy, and love what you did with LR3. I only have LR2 at present, but it's my favourite program...

Oh, this is good. I love what you did here. What detail and the feeling of antique is perfectly captured.

I love the geometric symmery in this image, Cindy, and the great resolution you obtained here.

A wonderfully captured bit of detail Cindy. The treatment really suites the subject well.

I love it... machinery so simple even I can understand it!
Excellent detail shots.

I oversimplified...there was a series of belts, because this one is on the second story and the grinding stone is on the first story.
Thanks for commenting Frank, Hal and Terry.

This mill was water driven with the wheel on the outside of the building. The wheel drove the belt and this position turned the grinding stone beneath.

This is most interesting, Cindy. When we were in Spain last year
(La Mancha country) the mills were all gear driven, using the wind.
I love mechanical stuff - great image.

The belt-drive makes a most interesting close-up Cindy.
l'm not familiar with the process but the result is impressive.

A lovely shot Cindy.
That was when stuff was built to last.
